  6.                Licence agreement
  7.                to all Shareware vendors
  8.  
  9.  1. STARFIRE should only be distributed under the
  10.     following lincece agreements. If you as an enduser notice
  11.     that one or more terms are not met, please inform us. This is the
  12.     only way shareware would work *for you* in the future.
  13.  
  14.  2. This licence agreement us obligatory for everyone who  is copying
  15.     and /or distributing STARFIRE to someone else. Other agreements
  16.     have to be verified with a written contract from SLS.
  17.  
  18.  3. All dealers are allowed to copy this program, if the following
  19.     terms are all met:

  21.  4. You charge not more than  AUS$ 5.-- (or an equivalent in any other 
  22.     currency) It is regardeless, if you revalue the product in any other 
  23.     way. The price for the enduser must not be more than AUD$5.--
  24.  
  25.  5. You must tell the user that this payment is just for your copying
  26.     costs, and he/she has to pay for the registration. The registration
  27.     for this program is AUD$30.--.
  28.  
  29.  6. No files are allowed to be deleted.

  31.  7. No files are allowed to be added.

  33.  8. No files are allowed to be changed.

  35.  9. If you recieve a self extracting archive from us, you are not
  36.     allowed to change the intro screen in any way.
  37.  
  38. 10. You have to clearly draw the users attenten to the fact that
  39.     this game is shareware, and he/she has to register after 3 weeks, or
  40.     delete the files.
  41.  
  42. 11. STARFIRE must be the only program on the media. Bundles in any form 
  43.     are forbidden, especially CDs or HD bundlings, and any other medium 
  44.     which is possible to keep more than one file. If you have an interest in 
  45.     such bundling, please tell us, we will try to help you.

  47. 12. BBS installers are allowed to distribute STARFIRE, and are
  48.     allowed to take fees for their BBS, as long as no special fee is
  49.     taken for STARFIRE.

  51. 13. These licence agreements are part of any version of this program,
  52.     regardless, if it is the german or english version.
  53.  
  54. 14. We are allowed to retain the licence agreements at any time.
